Life Beyond IT Incident Management
Congratulations! You have successfully implemented IT Incident Management in your organization. This means you have processes and tools in place that aid your Analysts in resolving almost every type of IT issue likely to emerge in your company in a timely manner. You also have in place the ability to capture, analyze, and report on metrics that will help spot trends and measure workloads so that you can allocate resources more efficiently.
ITIL best practices for ITSM
Time to put your feet up and call it a day, right?

Not so fast. Incident Management is just one spoke on the ITIL wheel that will help keep your business on the road. Two other major spokes are Service Request Fulfillment and Change Management, and they are just as important.

Read the full post to learn why Service Request Fulfillment and Change Management are just as important as
Incident Management and how to further mature your organization's ITSM program.

At Cireson, we strive not only to make IT better, but to do our part in making the world a better place as well. We do this by donating some of our time and profits to social-change organizations so they can amplify their impact.

With a passion for primates (IT Monkey), one organization we work with is Wild Futures. They're a UK charity
founded upon five decades of experience as a leader in the field of primate welfare and conservation, environmental education, and sustainable practice. They are committed to protecting primates and habitats worldwide.
San Diego Gives Back: Ronald McDonald House Charities

Earlier this month, some of the San Diego office had the pleasure of volunteering at their local Ronald McDonald House Charity. Ronald McDonald House Charities has been helping millions of families with sick children find comfort and support when they need it most. Their programs, tailored to meet the urgent needs of each community, can now be found in more than 64 countries and regions across the globe.
San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House offers lodging and support to families during their child’s hospitalization. Guests with seriously ill or injured children may be eligible to stay overnight, with daytime resources available through the Family Care Center. Our team spent time in the Family Center, cooking and serving lunch and interacting with families.
